.Respiratory system:

is involved in absorption of oxygen,realease of co2 and heat,deoxification of  chemicals,rapid adjustments of acid base balance and vocalization.

Mammals lungs contains two bronchi but birds contains parabronchi which are continuous tubes allowing air to pass through the lung in one direction.

Trachea divides into 2 smaller tubes called bronchi.

tracheal plugs in diseases condition and death by suffocation.

Syrinx ঃis voice box which differentiate by hormone.

Birds have incomplete diaphragm but have 9 air sacs.

1 cervical airsacs

2 interclavicular airsacs

2 abdominal

2 anterior thoracic

2 posterior thoracic

Distension and compression of air sacs not lungs,moves air in and out.

1.first inhalationঃ air from trachea and bronchi to posterior airsac

2.Exhalation ঃair move from posterior to lungs

3.second inhalationঃ  air move from lungs to  anterior airsac

4.exhalation ঃair moves from anterior airsac in to trachea and then out.

Birds do not have diaphram,they depend on movement of sternum (keel) and rib cage.

Chicken health is affected by 3 defensive elements;

Ciliaঃ are responsible for propelling the entrapped particles for disposal.

Cilia can not function if mucus is too thick,

10 ppm ammonia causes excessive mucus  production and damage to cilia.

10-40 ppm ammonia reduce the clearance of E coli from airsacs,lungs and trachea in chickens.

3.Muscular system:

মাংস পেশী মোরগ মুরগিকে চলাচলে সাহায্য করে।ইহা হৃদপিন্ড,রক্তনালিকা,অন্ত্রনালী এবং অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংগের গতি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।বক্ষ অস্থির  মাংস পেশীই ডানাকে নড়াচড়া করতে সহায়তা করে,তাই মোরগ মুরগি উড়তে পারেঃএছাড়া উদর গহবরের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংগকে ধরে রাখে।মোরগ মুরগিতে এই মাংস পেশী হৃস্টপুস্ট।ইহা পরিমাণে বেশি হলে পাখি উঠতে পারে না।বুকের মাংস থেকে পায়ের মাংস বেশি কালো কারন মুরগি পায়ের উপর ভর করে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকে।বন্য উড়ন্ত পাখিতে বুকের মাংস কালো হয়।

ব্রয়লারের মাংস লেয়ারের তুলনায় মোটা,মাংস পেশিযুক্ত এবং হালকা রং এর হয়।

3Types of muscle ;

#Smooth muscle ;

Blood vessels,Gizzard,intestine and organ which are controlled by ANS(autonomous nervous system)

#Cardiac muscle:Heart muscle

#Skeletal muscle:Edible portion of muscle.

Most valuable muscle of Breast,thigh and leg

Breast muscle called white meat  because level of exercise.

Thigh and leg muscle called dark meat because  this muscle used for sustained activity (walking),dark color come from myoglobin.

Ducks,geese and guinea fowl are dark meat because hey are capable of flihting.
